So after all those healthy items I was a little hungry...big surprise
I ate pasta and sauce with the family..went much lighter on the sauce and denied myself the bread and butter for sopping I would normally get. We all used light sauce as well...
The kids make a mess and we end up stirring the sauce into the pasta so its a teensy bit. I did that for myself as well to limit the amount of waste and sauce used at the same time.
It was not a balanced meal since that was it...better then nothing.
I then had 2 chicken pot pies to finish the night...they are over 500 cals each and I really should not eat 2 at a time but I spaced them out about 90 mins apart
Truth be told I had 3 cooked just because. I am saving the other one for tomorrow. I thought they would be filling, but I miss my hummus and cauliflower florets I think.
I am going to have a sweet snack for bed, I think a pear and some pineapple will do nicely!
Plus 3-4 more cups of water..I have not been tracking it, but we have some 32oz cups I fill at home and a 24oz bottle I carry with me in the car..I had 4 glasses of water and 2 bottles today..at least a gallon and I am still thirsty right now! Not really thirsty..but I will drink 2-3c more with my dessert
