Highs:
- went to the gym
- felt considerate for most of the day
- Feel good about where this is headed, though I do not know the way
- Lots of water...no caffiene!! 19c of water (I am drinking 4c as I type this up)
- Burned way past my caloric goal (3545 instead of sub 2300)
- Felt drained most of the day..I think the calorie cutting hit hard fast....it seems I ate a "normal" amount today, maybe even less then I am used to and I was over 3000. I think I am used to 3700-4500 per day.
- All that water means I have to piss 3x more then before..sucky during work
