A garlic pepper pork tenderloin w/ mashed potatoes and veggies
Healthier then many other items I could have, but the potatoes did me in. I ate 2 helpings as I was starving....
I am going with 200cal of pork
500cal for the taters
I am going 150 for all the veggies combined (Pretty healthy really.. not a ton of butter or cheese on them)
8c water..I was really thirsty
850 for the meal as a whole
340cal left..if I counted correctly...but its not scientific or commerce
