Day 1 - Dinner

I did not take a pic...sorry
I had:
2c grilled Zucchini with Squash and Mushrooms(85 cal..I will round up to be safer)
1/2 a Baked potato w/ 1 TBSP Sour Cream (90 + 30 cal..so 120 cal)
1/2c Cottage Cheese (80 cal..it was fat free!)
3oz Medium Grilled Steak (200 cal)
4c Kool-Aid (Black Cherry..my personal fav) (360 cal or so..hard to find out, Kool Aid has none, but 720c per cup of sugar...I had 1/2 the batch, so I figure 1/2 the cup of sugar)

This is the biggie...for the day at least
845 cal just for dinner..and I would call it fairly healthy...I mean it was not oozing fat or anything
Just shows they add up!
