Day 4 - Gym

I was torn between cardio and legs
I did cardio Tues and Upper Body Wed..do I go back to cardio or do legs?
I figure I will do Cardio then legs, then rest a day from the gym (maybe 2 as it will be the weekend)

I do plan on staying active with the family, but probably not the gym as timing does not always work out so well

Today I did cardio and tomorrow I will do lower body (I skipped Monday so I am off a bit this week)

1.66mi and 226 cal in 18:00 on the elliptical machine...Much better then the other day
Also 1.5c water
